KitCon respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the KitCon mobile application.

Information Collected by KitCon

KitCon does not require you to create an account and does not directly collect your name, email address, phone number, or payment details.

The app stores certain preferences locally on your device, including your selected language, favorite ingredients, purchase status, and calculation count. This information is used only to provide the app’s features and improve your experience.

KitCon does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location.

Advertising

The free version of KitCon displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service improvement.

Depending on your device settings, consent choices, and applicable laws, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized. On supported Apple devices, KitCon may request permission before allowing tracking for personalized advertising. You may deny this permission without losing access to the app’s primary features.

In-App Purchases

KitCon offers an optional in-app purchase through Apple’s App Store. All payments are processed by Apple. KitCon does not receive or store your credit card number, banking information, or Apple Account password.

The app receives only the information needed to confirm whether the purchase was completed or restored. Apple handles purchase information according to its privacy policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

Data Storage and Retention

Preferences stored by KitCon remain on your device until you change them, reset the app’s data, or uninstall the app. Information processed by Google or Apple is retained according to their respective privacy policies and legal obligations.

Data Sharing

KitCon does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by Google for advertising services and by Apple for purchases, payment processing, fraud prevention, and App Store services.

Your Choices

You can manage tracking permission in your device’s privacy settings. You can also manage personalized advertising through your Apple and Google privacy settings. Removing the app from your device deletes the preferences stored locally by KitCon.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information handled by the app. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when KitCon’s features, services, or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be published on this page, together with its updated date.
